The customer has the opportunity to return the purchased products (except for the products listed in the previous paragraph) within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at his own expense. In case they are not returned within 14 days then the company PrettySpot Cosmetics may not accept any return or replacement of product .

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so you need to make sure they are properly packaged and can not be damaged on the road. In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you.

If the reason for the return is that you received the product broken or defective, then you should photograph the damaged area and send us the photos in our e-mail and we will contact you.

In case of return, you undertake the immediate cost of returning the products, according to par. 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994. In the event that the reason for the return concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the return cost, provided that the return has been made with the cooperating transport company ACS Courier. Once the products leave you, the Company receives them within 2-4 working days and through ACS Courier.

In case you choose other transport companies, we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. In case you choose to send by mail, it must be done by the method of "registered" otherwise we can not receive your return.

In case you wish a refund, the Company is obliged to return to you within 14 calendar days the price received for the returned products and with the same means used for their payment. Specifically:
